Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy

Early Bird Registration

  • Early Bird rates are available till 31st December 2025 and apply only to registrations completed (including payment) within the announced deadline.
  • After the Early Bird period ends, standard registration fees will apply automatically.
  • On Spot registration fees will apply from 15th August 2026.
  • Seats for hands-on workshops are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation.

Confirmation of Registration

  • Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a seat.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once payment is verified.
  • Only participants with confirmed registration will be allowed to attend workshops or the main conference.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to the organizing committee.
  • Refunds will be processed as follows:
    • Before 30th April 2026: 100% refund of the registration fee.
    • Before 31st July 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.
    • 1st–31st August 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.
    • After 1st August 2026: No refund will be possible, as logistics and resource allocations will have been finalized.
  • All refunds are subject to applicable transaction charges and will be processed within 30 working days after the conference.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

General Conditions

  • Registrations are non-transferable.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or faculty if necessary.
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation of the entire conference due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded after deducting minimal administrative charges.
  • Participants are encouraged to regularly check the official website or WhatsApp updates for any announcements or changes.
