Guideline For Abstract Submissions- Paper & Poster Presentations

1. Eligibility • Abstract submissions are open to registered delegates of FaceVerse India. • Conference registration is mandatory prior to abstract submission. • The presenting author must be a registered delegate. • Each presenting author may submit a maximum of 4 abstracts. 2. Categories Authors may submit abstracts under the following categories: • Facial Aesthetic Surgery • Rhinoplasty & Septorhinoplasty • Oculoplastic & Periorbital Surgery • Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation • Facial Reconstruction • Regenerative & Energy-Based Devices • Innovation & Technique Refinement • Complications & Revision Surgery • Research (Clinical / Experimental) (The scientific committee reserves the right to reassign categories.) 3. Submission Format Abstract Structure (Mandatory Headings) • Title (Concise, ≤ 20 words) • Authors & Affiliations • Background • Objectives • Methods • Results • Conclusion For case reports: • Background • Case Description • Intervention • Outcome • Conclusion 4. Word Limit • Maximum 300 words (excluding title and authors). • No tables, graphs, or images permitted in abstract submission. • Standard abbreviations may be used after first definition. 5. Presentation Type Authors must indicate preference: • Oral Paper Presentation • Poster Presentation Final decision rests with the Scientific Committee. 6. Formatting Guidelines • Language: English • Font: Times New Roman • Size: 12 pt • Line spacing: 1.5 • Submit in Word (.doc/.docx) format • File name format: FaceVerse_Abstract_FirstAuthorName.docx 7. Ethical Requirements • Ethical committee approval (if applicable) must be obtained. • Patient confidentiality must be strictly maintained. • Clinical photographs must have written patient consent. • Any financial conflicts of interest must be disclosed. 8. Review & Selection • All abstracts will undergo blind peer review. • Selection will be based on: • Scientific merit • Originality • Methodological rigor • Clinical relevance • Clarity of presentation 9. Important Dates • Abstract Submission Opens: 2nd March 2026 • Submission Deadline: 31st August 2026 • Notification of Acceptance: 15th September 2026 Late submissions will not be considered. 10. Awards Awards will be presented for: • Best Paper Presentation • Best Poster Presentation 11. Copyright & Publication By submitting, authors agree that: • The abstract may be published in the conference souvenir or official digital platform.
