How to request a refund
To cancel your registration and request a refund, email us at faceverseindia@gmail.com from the address used at registration, including your full name and registration reference. The date we receive your written request is the date used to determine which tier above applies.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Any transaction or gateway charges incurred at the time of the original payment are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Transferring your registration
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible delegate at no charge, subject to written notice before the event. A name transfer is often preferable to cancellation, especially from August onward when the fee is otherwise non-refundable.
Changes to the event. In the rare event that FaceVerse India 2026 is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers, registered delegates will be contacted directly regarding refund or transfer options for that specific circumstance.
